Simoniz Car Wash & Lube Center

Oil change side was awesome , so professional, outstanding management , employes dedicated workers , but at car wash side not so great more

I use this car was at least 3 time a week an the more I go to have my car cleaned the more disapointed I an.I was in having my SUV washed,the girl that greeted me smelled of alchoicl,and did not even ask me what I'd like to have done,she suggested a basic wash and walked off came back with a ticket.I wanted a full detail due to the fact that I have 3 grandchildren I took out for the day,but did not get the detail,she was not at all nice or polite she act like she had better places to be.As if that was not enough I over heard the manager Mr.Barns(who I have met an though was pretty nice)but he was yelling and cursing at one of his new employee's the proceded to yell at one of the lady's in the front.I use to think this was a good place to go but now I have second thought's and I will share my experance with my friends and family as we all go to this car wash even just for an oil change or inspection due to the fact we live in Cinco Ranch.But after all that I think we will find a new place to go.We are a family with 3 SUV's and our youngest daughter just got a car in March,so we take all 4 cars to Simoniz,or did anyway.I realy hope someone addresses this issue not only in managment but I hat the though of a drunk girl driving one of my car's more

I use this car wash on a regular basice,I was very upset with my last visit.The manager Mr.Barns(who I have met)was in a very bad mood,yelling and cussin at one of his new employees,the girl that greeted me smelled like she had a few drinks for lunch and was not friendly at all!I do not think I wil return and I will tell my friiends more

I use to get oil change and wash on fry road but after going here and getting better service and better rate I am going to come back. Thanks more

They Need an Answering Machine... We were planning on dropping off my vehicle. Then I'd take my husband to work. While trying to plan our morning, I tried calling the night before to hopefully get an Answering Machine to inform us on the Store Hours. more

I really never have to time to wash my own car so I get people to do it for me. I choose Oasis car wash when I passed by it in Katy. This place keeps you car clean. They use real car soap that doesn't scratch your car and they just nice soft sponges that also doesnt sctrach your car. I get really paranoid by car services but this one I will go to frequent. more

Oasis, which has now changed names to Siminez (?), so there might be management changes in place but the last time we went in the management was great. They use rotating foam bristles which is very tough on a truck. They did not remove my antenna and the bristles actually broke it. Management stepped up and ordered a brand new antenna at their cost which was very impressive. However, their detail of cleaning was not up to what I felt at the price it should be. I think there are better car washes around. more
