The President, Igor Mikhaylov , of said company has been conveniently ""out of the country"" for several years. \r \r This company ""United Builders Enterprises Inc"" has failed to pay Cook County Taxes for several Cook County properties, sold subpar construction and failed to complete work as promised.\r \r This registred agent has failed to provide any communication - written, spoken, faxed or emailed - on behalf of said shady entity. \r \r I would recommend that nobody do business with any company associated with either United Builders Enterprises Inc or Simon Lapidos & Uhler LLC or Simon, Lapidos & Simon, LLC. more
