I RECENTLY WROTE A LETTER TO SIMMONS ABOUT MY DISPLEASURE WITH A MATTRESS I PURCHASED 18 MONTHS AGO FROM JORDANS FURNITURE. THEY WERE NOT A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I CONTACTED SIMMONS AND WAS DIRECTED TO BRITTANY BLUEFORD. AND WHAT A BREAK I GOT. SHE TREATED ME AS A VALUED CUSTOMER & ALTHOUGH NOT COMPLETED YET, I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO DO BUSINESS WITH SIMMONS AGAIN & WOULD ALSO RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO DO THE SAME BECAUSE THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS THE WAY I THINK THEY SHOULD BE TREATED. \r
