I had a check engine light for 2 years, I took my truck to two mechanics ....one said it was my computer.....another said it was O 2 sensors....both were wrong.....you were right....my truck runs smooth now.....good job........ more

I trust the technicians at Simmons to truthfully evaluate my vehicle and needed servicing then accurately estimate the cost. They've reliably proven themselves to me over the past fifteen years. Oh, by the way, their Saturday morning radio show is a hoot. more

As always, Mike contacts you the estimate of the work that needs to be done. If they find more than originally found, you get an update . I appreciate that and they are usually on top of the amount of time needed to complete the job.n more

records of previous visits are kept and can be referred back to 1/31/2014

every visit there are notes which are reviewed with me but this is the first time that it was mentioned as to whether the items in the notes were addressed in this visit, thus I left knowing that the concerns have been attended to. I do question why I'm told the shocks & struts are original -- do they need replacing? more
