My electrical charging system was not working upon my sevice appointment. My problem was diagnosed as a charging selinoid. The part was changed and my problem was FIXED! Well done! more

I had looked for ~6 months for a used travel trailer. I had some limitations for both cost and size. I finally found one in Bakersfield.\r I found myself in a bind and called SIMI VALLEY RV. \r I was connected to ROGER in the parts department and some amazing stuff happened. Most people are used to hearing why a service/parts provider can't do this or that. It was exactly the opposite with ROGER. He had all of the answers and saved me a ton of frustration and headaches.\r THESE are the kind of people I want to do business with!!!!\r \r Do yourself a favor next time you need anything RV related and call SIMI VALLEY RV.\r \r Thanks again for hooking me up ROGER! \r more

I was just surfing the net and came across these reviews for Simi RV Sales. I purchased a trailer from them in 2009 and had a great experience. They were very helpful in finding me a trailer that fit my family and my truck perfectly. I was new to camping and the help they provided me made my families first trip a totally awesome experience! more

My motorhome was in desperate need of some fine tuning. I took it to Simi RV Sales for a quick check up and they managed to fix the majority of the problems the same day. There was a problem with the window button – fixed; a problem with the radio – fixed; and the radio would change channels randomly – fixed. I’m not sure how they did it in such a short amount of time, but they got it done and now I’m worry free. Thanks a lot. more

It’s always a nice feeling to get work done and not worry about being swindled. I’ve come here multiple times to get accessories for my RV or to have it serviced. They usually can diagnose the problem up front, or if not, they take the time to understand what’s going on and relay that to me. I’ve been burned before, but never by Simi RV. Good guys here. more

It's a tough process to shop for a new motor home. We had been to several places before Simi RV, and couldn't find anything or anyone who really convinced us we had found the right one. Here, we were immediately met with a very professional salesman who understood what we needed and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. It was nice to not have to deal with any car salesman like pressure and just have a good conversation about RVs while being shown around. We definitely made the right choice! more

I don't always buy something here, I often just browse. I've had them do some work on my RV and it's always been a good experience. If the problem is difficult they always take the time to figure it out right he first time and make sure to explain everything to me so I am comfortable with what they're doing. I haven't had a lot of trust in mechanics but these guys have shown me I can just sit back and let them do their thing. This trust in them is really nice to have and I can relax knowing they're going do it right from the repair to the price. more

Simi RV has done a few repairs and maintenance on my motorhome. Service is always good and prices are fair. They do good work that fixes the problem the first time so I don't have to return for the same problem. Very happy with them. more
