Do yourself a favor and find elsewhere to rent.
While this place may be aesthetically pleasing to some, it is a renter's nightmare to all.
You hear EVERYTHING that goes on around your apartment, whether it be the people below/above you, next to you, or people outside in the breezeway.
I'm not just talking about movement (which you do hear every step, every door, every flush), I'm speaking of WORD FOR WORD conversations.
The walls are so thin that whenever your ""neighbors"" shut (you have to slam doors here because the locks constantly stick) it sends a shivering vibration throughout your entire apartment, often knocking decor which you may have hanging from the walls down.
The office MAY be open FOUR (4) days a month.
Even when it is open, you're better off taking care of whatever issue you may have on your own and out of your own pocket (which you do anyway), because she treats you as if causing her to actually do her job is the greatest inconvenience.
This is your classic example of ""don't judge a book by its cover."" Once you have signed a lease, you're stuck and will regret every, single day that you live there.
As I said earlier, don't even bother with this place.
You'll hate yourself if you do....immediately.
