YOU NEED TO TRY THESE PEOPLE FOR CORPORATE TRAVEL AS WELL. WE HAVE BEEN STUCK SEVERAL TIMES AND JUST ON CALL AND LITTLE MONEY ALL WAS TAKEN CARE OF. IT CAN BE VERY COSTLY TO BE YOUR OWN TRAVEL AGENT, AFFECTS THE BOTTOM LINE!! more

i had spent days looking for the best deal for my family vacation. i got very frustrated, wondering if i was really getting the best deal.....\r \r i called silver star and got shelly, she not only found me something several hundred dollars cheaper, but a much better resort with several free tours for free. i realized that in this day with so many offers that are not really what they say, you need to trust a local company that really does care about you being a repeat customer...any one reading this needs to call these people!! Pros: cant get better deals even from the internet more

These guys are easy to work with and they will help you find the best offers available. The only problem is unless you are traveling with a large group the online site might be able to get a better price. But you can?t beat the service. more

This place has been around forever. The service goes both up and down unless you lock into a travel agent and then you get the same service all the time. They seem willing to go the extra mile to schedule your trip. more

I used to sit at my computer for hours, juggling flight times, comparing airlines, trying this way and that to find the best airfare. It's a pain under any circumstance, but this time I was at my wits' end. Every times I found a flight , I checked seat availability and that's where things fall apart. Two of you need to go, but one would have to sit 15 rows away from the other....all the rest are blocked out ""premium"" or ""elite"" labels on them.\r \r Anyway, I gave up and called Silver Star....they had everything done and reserved that day, at a better rate than I could find by myself! i have a sneaking suspicion those ""premium"" and ""elite"" sold seats are reserved for travel agents, and that's just fine with me. My web-surfing days are over with. These people are friendly, reassuring, and can answer all your questions. Pros: Highly efficient and prompt service Cons: Can't think of anything more

Thanks for helping me plan an awesome vacation. The hotel was awesome and it couldn't have been nicer. The kids loved Universal Studios. I am sending you some pictures of our vacation. This is a great place to go if you are planning a trip and need some help. There are quite a few agents here and all of them seem to be knowledgeable about travel and very helpful. My agent worked hard to get my trip planned so that all of my needs were met. She helped me get the best price that was available. This was my first trip and everything went smoothly and I feel it was because of the help I received at Silver Star. Their communication was excellent. more
