This place screams of the Wild West... A cloud of smoke lays next to the ceiling after it rises from the open pit BQ. The meat is cooked as you like it, rare, medium, and DOA; with the outside seared crusty to hold in all the juice. Our favorite server is a ""Flo"" type; sassy and just as juicy as the meat. Half the fun of the meal was waiting to see when that strained button would break and desert would pop out. The tea glass was never below half full and the beer was ice cold. So, climb in the Saddle and put your fork to work.
