Newest amenities such as, courtesy car, and extended waiting room offerings, really make a difference. Always striving to do better--Very aware of customer needs.

I have been a customer since we moved here about 14 years ago and will continue to be a faithful customer because: 1. You are willing to tell me the good news about the car as well as the not so good and the cost of repair or letting the car go. 2. The staff is always friendly and willing to accomodate my needs, especially if I need a loaner car a ride home. 3. Everything is clean in the shop and the waiting room. 4. Keep your current shop managers, they are both friendly and helpful. more

As a consumer I always feel at the mercy of your quote to service my vehicles. I would recommend some price comparisons with other auto services in the area so we know that your prices are fair. If you want people to use your service then they need to be informed by your company that you offer fair pricing for service. more

I'm always confident that when I pick up my car after Silver Lake Auto has serviced it, that all will be working well! I appreciate Dan's prioritizing the work that needs to be done on our cars by what must be done for safety's sake, what we should do next, and what we can wait on until we have a little more cash. We're trying to keep our "good" car in the best shape possible, and appreciate the great service we get from Silver Lake Auto. more

Reliable, quality service 6/22/2010

I keep coming back to Silver Lake Auto because I know I will get honest, top quallity car and truck care. They are very knowledgeable in all areas, but particularly tires. And, they are careful around my car. Other places have been know to damage the finish, get it greasy, etc, not Silver Lake Auto. The only suggestion I would have is- post instructions on how to change the channel on the TV in the waiting room! more

We have been with Silver Lake for approx. 8 years and I would not change - the entire staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. We have called them many times with questions or to help with a wide variety of problems - towing/lost or broken keys/regular maintenance/tires/purchasing a new car to mention a few. They have always been there for us and have helped/guided us to make the correct decisions. I always feel comfortable calling them and have recommended them to friends and family. more
