This is one of the outposts of Silver Diner, a 50's style diner in Greenbelt. They have typical diner fare, although it's not as greasy as some diners. They serve breakfast all day, along with sandwiches, salads, etc. at other times of the day. Food is consistent and good. Great desserts! Usually not a wait at this location. more

Good food, great desserts, good prices 9/3/2005

Silver Diner is a 50's theme restaurant that features american cuisine (burgers, breakfast all day, etc) as well as a great dessert menu. We most often go for dessert or breakfast, but all the food I have had there has been great. The prices aren't bad (about 7 bucks for breakfast, about 4-5 for dessert) and the portions are good. Beware--there's always a wait on sundays for brunch! more
