We hired James 6 months before our wedding date and sent him a deposit and signed contract. In the months leading up, we'd reach out to ensure we were tracking and it took him weeks to respond back. But he would and tell us that he looked forward to working with us. 4 days before our destination wedding, we received a voice mail that he was unable to video our wedding as he had another job. He sent an email telling us he'd send our deposit back. We scrambled to find another and paid nearly double due to last minute. 2 months later, we still don't have our deposit. Weddings are not his priority, nor is service. My advice to any bride and groom: This is your one big day. Don't risk it being completely ruined by hiring Silver Cam!!
