I am happy with quality and the service at this place. The lady works there is very friendly and helpful. She did an excellent job on the alterations. I believe the shoe repair is a different business at this location. The complaints are on the services of the shoe repairs. I would recommend the alteration service but not the shoe repair service at this location. Pros: Friendly, quick alteration service Cons: Bad shoe repairs service more

Quality Alterations, Reasonable Price, Fast Service 2/27/2010

I've been very pleased with the quality of the alterations and quick service. I've had several pant suits hemmed and jacket cuffs hemmed on 3 different occasions. Each time, the work was done quickly and was very high quality. Even same day (literally within 2 hours on one occasion, without charging a rush fee!). Very disappointing to read these reviews. The owner of the business is from Russia and his workers do not speak excellent english, but are very pleasant and try very hard to be friendly and helpful. I go there for the quality of work, fast service and have been pleased with the customer service in the context of cultural understanding. I would recommend! Pros: Fast Service, Quality Work more

worst place 9/30/2008

Not only bad service was but also the way they talked and treated me after I went back to complain about it. I paid for something that was never done properly and when I went back to ask for a proper fix they charged me again. I ended up paying twice for a job that was never done - actually second time - even though I thought it was going to be for free they gave me a discount - very funny! - and guess what the job never got done properly!\r Cons: bad services, bad custumer treatment more

Bad service. Felt intimidated and fearful by treatment of man working there. I would not go back. Shoes not fixed as promised. more

Bad customer service and very poor service. I do not recomand the place and i won't go back there again ever - i do recomad the shoe repair in downtown McKinney. more

I have never ever received such bad customer service ...along with bad service for shoes repair. Cons: bad service, bad customer service more
