I have been to this salon many times. The service and atmosphere are good, but the prices are way too high. There are other salons out there that are as nice, but priced much more reasonably. more

I used to love Signature... 5/20/2011

I used to love Signature, but it has changed and not for the better. I saw a stylist there every 6-8 weeks for about 5yrs. For either a cut and color or highlights, and updo's and I was always happy when I left and always got compliments on my hair. Unfortuantely my stylist moved on. I tried going to Signature once since then and was very disappointed in my service. Instead of asking me or offering suggestions the stylist looked up in the computer the last hair color my old stylist had used on me and did that same color. At this point I hadn't used that color in over a year and it was the middle of summer and the color in the computer was something I used to do in the fall/winter. She was intimidated by my long hair and would only trim the teeniest amount off. I felt like I was in Great Clips where they give everyone the same basic cut. I was really sad when I left :( My hair looked ok, but I was used to getting much better service. more

Hidden Gem 2/15/2010

I love signature! From the moment I walk in the door until the moment I step back into the real world, I feel relaxed and pampered. I am offered a hand massage, scalp and neck massage, makeup touch-up and a warm neck wrap with my hair color services! Those complimentary services are great.\r \r I appreciate that the staff is warm and welcoming when I walk in the door, it is a very comfortable atmosphere. \r \r My favorites: hair color/cut, hot stone massage, pedicures! more

I LOVED this salon....at first. I drove quite a long way just for this salon. I had been a loyal customer for about 2 years. I had my hair cut and dyed one of my last visits and was very unhappy. It was much shorter than we talked about and the colors were very dull and uneven. I paid nearly $200. The very last experience I had, I was waiting TWENTY MINUTES after I checked in and not one person said a word to me regarding the wait. I walked out and never looked back. (Go to Carenza you won't regret it). Pros: atmosphere Cons: price, location, service more

Amazing experience for my wedding weekend!!! 7/22/2008

I had reserved all of my wedding appointments at Signature for the day before my wedding and the day of. I had a party of 10 with me and we had the best experience! The staff was attentive as well as very talented. All of my bridesmaids felt relaxed and revitalized on Friday when we had manicures and pedicures before the rehearsal and then on Saturday morning we were back in for hair and makeup. I have to say....my entire wedding party looked stunning! Everything ran so smooth and I had a carefree morning that turned into a perfect day. Thank you for adding to my magical weekend, my experience was one to remember. We will be back and will refer all of my friends that are getting married! Pros: Warm and welcoming staff, High quality service Cons: hmmmm....cant think of any more

I have had better massages elsewhere--but my wife loved it 3/26/2008

I came here for a massage as I work in construction. Very welcoming atmosphere but I felt out of place . The massage I received was relaxing but my requests to have more attention to problematic areas did not change the massage technique or style. Just an average relaxation massage that did not really help my aching muscles. My wife feels the massage she received was wonderful but I have to disagree. Also the price seems high for the services rendered Pros: nice atmosphere Cons: not a very good massage more

I love this place. There are extremely friendly people who are ready to pamper you. I highly recommend trying them out. You will not be disappointed. They do head to toe work and their hairstylist are out of this world! more

i have enjoyed all the people that I have had contact with at this salon for manicures, pedicures, and haircuts, but Jenny is the best. She never ceases to amaze me when I go in with no ideas and come out delighted. Her hair styles are beautiful and easy to care for. i have to admit that the neck, head, and hand massages are a bonus. more

This is an excellent place to go is you're looking to be pampered. They have a professional, curteous staff that provide hair styling, massages, manicures and pedicures, and make-up services. Plus they give the most awesome head and neck massages during hair washing. I've never been disappointed. more

I have been to some salons on the west coast - that couldn't possibly compare to the treatment and price that you get here. It's wonderful and the options they have as a spa are tremendous. i have had 2 different people do my hair and each one of them did a fabulous job! Pros: ambience, service more

Treated my wife like a Queen!! 11/2/2006

I would have to rate them a 20 out of 10, I booked my wifethe day there for her birthday and they went way above and beyond to treat her like a Queen. She looked great when she went in but she looked like a runway model when she came out! They pamperd and primped her like she was royalty!! a real A+ place. Pros: ambience, Service, Empoyee's Cons: None more

Good haircare 11/20/2005

This place is very soothing and relaxful. the decor is so nice. The people are warm and friendly and they do a good job with hair. Even after I had a bad experience there they fixed it free and were very sincere in their apologies. more
