ok, so call me picky but I will never live anywhere that has a chiller system instead of regular central a/c again! if there is a hot day in the off season (not summer) you cant even use your a/c if you wanted too! only your heater! no way... plus, this place has tons of shady looking people surrounding it all the time. Pros: none Cons: too many more

cockroach for a pet? 1/28/2010

If you dont MIND having a dozen roaches sharing your place, then this community is for you! I, after visiting my friend who lives there and I must say keeps his apt absolutely spotlessly clean, decided I wouldnt even bother asking what the rental rates were! The only thing this place has going for them is a built in starbucks. I would rather purchase my own coffee than live with bugs... Pros: lots of roaches Cons: lots of roaches more
