Best Vet Ever!!!!! 9/1/2011

I have never had less than a wonderful feeling from these people. I have been to other vets across california and these people are BY FAR the most people & pet friendly! Smiles and hugs are always plentyful here! I have 3 dogs and Dr. Monroe always kisses them! The staff is always patient with my 4000 questions and they remember us just by voice over the phone! Even at the grocery store, vet staff will say "hi" and ask how my pups are doing. I trust these people like family with my boys. There is NO other place I would ever take my fuzzy babies! more

The best Vets around. 6/21/2011

Wow is all I can say. This is one of the best animal hospitals I've been to. I have a 7 year old Black Lab and 1 year old Great Dane..Both of my dogs have had pretty major surgeries; (my lab has torn both ACL's in her hind lags, and my Dane was hit by a car and ended up with a broken femur). They have both recovered with amazing results. All the staff seemed to go out of their way to help, and I felt like family there not just a customer. more

If you love your pet, take them to Sierra Vet! 6/19/2011

Sierra Vet saved our dog's life! I've been meaning to come and write this review for over a year. We have a vacation home in Tahoe and drive back and forth from the Bay Area multiple times in the Winter and stay for 2-3 months in the summer. We have 2 dogs and a cat and they travel with us. When we came up for the summer last year, Lady, our beagle, suddenly became very ill. We searched for a vet online at 3 in the morning. We called a couple of vets and got a call back, immediately, from Dr. Monroe at Sierra Vet. It was touch and go, but Dr. Monroe saved Lady's life. We love everyone in the office. They are compassionate and caring, pet people. more

Sierra Vet Hospital is great! 6/17/2011

I have been taking my dogs to Sierra Vet Hospital since I moved to Tahoe. I have seen all three veterinarians there. Dr. Turner loves my dogs, Dr. Lam is extremely dedicated, and Dr. Monroe is the most compassionate veterinarian I know. The staff is wonderful. It is obvious how much they love animals. It is incredible how many good things I have heard about Sierra Vet around town. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pets. more

They are the best I have been to! They went above and beyond the call of duty. They swaved our beloved and very 'bad' little boy. We thought that one occasion may have been an exception, but it was not. with all the other visits we experienced the same great level of care. In speaking with others, it has been the same; wonderful people who care very much about their patients. Our family wishes them and their patients all the best! They did their best for us! more
