I was shocked by some of these reviews. I had a dormer done last month and found Sierra to be very easy to work with.I was recommended by a co worker and could not be happier with how my house turned out. more

Horrible Don't Use! 7/19/2011

Just like other reviews here - had a contract for a portico that was supposed to be done may/june - mid july has rolled around and they are now telling me that it would cost more for what I want and they want to change plans. Horrendous customer service - never return my calls. I fired them today. Stay away. more

I would not use this company based on their poor customer service and untimely respone to returning phone calls. They are also very unorganized. more

"We don't do that" 9/10/2008

I recently had an extension done by Sierra and my husband and I decided that their slogan should be "We don't do that!". They don't do painting, carpet, cabling, leaf guards and a couple of other random things. They were upfront about the painting and carpeting but the others we learned about the hard way. This left us with an unfinished product which is very frustrating. The office manager and I had a few fights over the phone and she wasn't very professional. Also hated that they smoke in the office. more

sierra remodeling not shady at all 1/4/2007

I recently had a beautiful dormer by Sierra that the entire family and myself are extremely happy with. The owner and staff at Sierra were more than accomodating to my needs. The policy is to not give written estimates because homeowners give them to other contractors, but when it came time to go into contract. everything and even more than we were expecting was in writing. We can't say enough positive things about the company. more

Very Shady!!! Be careful 9/1/2006

This could have been the most arrogant person I have ever dealt with. This company won't even give you a written estimate. I had them bid on a large remodeling job, about 200k, and they won't even spend the time to break down the prices for you. The owner seemed very unprofessional, as he spent most of the time boasting about how great they are. I do not recommend this company for a large job. more
