After long and considered thought as well as having worked for this company I have come to realize that it is nothing more than a modern day sweat shop. It's really too bad as well because it could have been a covited plase to work. The owner Mr Innes is severely disconected from reality, and hires only those who are as disconected as he is. It is my guess that ""daddy"" probably gave junior everything he wanted in life, and therfore has no concept of what it means to desperatly need a job to provide for oneself and ones family. And yet he claims to be ""Christain"" and ""love"" his employees. Yet it has been my bitter personal experiance,that inspite of how hard one tries, or desperatly needs the job, you are something less than a number! Forgive me ,but at least I could have lived with that. I have been out of work since I was fired at SPPI on 9/12/2008. But thank God SPPI is still in business, and Mr Innes family has food to eat! more

I worked for SPPI for seven months as a temporary employee. I was always on time and did every thing they ever asked. But after all the time i worked there they let me go because they said i acted like i new too much about the machines and that i was trying to tell my operator what to do. I put my familly and my marriage on hold for this company and they screwed me thats why i would not recamend them for doing buissness with you. Pros: No pros Cons: They are rude and dissrespectfull to there employees more
