these guys are great, I got a groupon for a smog check not only did they do that, they did an inspection too let me know I need new tires and an air filter plus I'm pretty sure they washed my car, because I got it back much cleaner than I gave it. On top of all that it took less an 45 minutes. Plus they were super friendly. more

Area Safe and Lock came to the house after another 'locksmith' broke his drill in the lock &scratched the door. The service was excellent! Jim not only fixed the lock that was broken but brainstormed with me about the best way to do it. He made keys (that were lost) for 2 other doors. He was efficient, knowledgeable & neat. When the lock set I ordered came in, he came back & once again did a great job. I would highly recommend them! more

Took way too long to copy one key Went to Baldinos to make a copy of my car key to give to my girlfriend. It took the employee almost 20 minutes to cut the key. I tested the key when I returned to my car and it wouldn't unlock my vehicle. I went back inside and took the employee another 10 minutes to copy a replacement. I won't return there if I need keys or locks in the future! more

Omg! If I had to recommend any auto repair shop I would totally send all my friends to these guys! I was havin one of the worst days of my life then of course my car breaks down! I was some where near west sac n so I looked on my phone for a shop n I found Sierra Hart so I called to see if they could help n they told me that they could tow my car for FREE cause I was within 10 miles!! That was just the beginning to making my day better! They had my car up n ready to roll n just few hours n I even think it ran better then it did when I bought it! So if you want awesome service I say go with Sierra hart! My sister went to some other place n lets just say it woulda been cheaper n easier for her to have just given the other guys her first born! I took my car in for a smog and oil change. I checked out the prices for both of these at several other mechanics, and all charged about $90.00 for both services. Found Sierra Hart on Facebook and liked the reviews. They did both my smog and oil change for under $40.00! Great Job, Great service and very nice people. A friend ask me about this particular towing company in west sacramento because he wanted to use it. I gave him the bad news. A few years ago, I had my car tow by them to my house but they wouldn't do it. So they tow it to their place which is less then 2 miles away. And I had to pay $190 bucks to get my car back. WTF??? I paid for it. I Will never ever use this towing company again, especially the ones in west sac center. Bad customers service and rude. So if you want to use this towing company, I say no and look somewhere else. more

I needed an oil change on my Honda Accord. It is a Ultra Low Emission Vehicle, but I asked the service manager if there was a way to make it run even cleaner or to improve my gas mileage. more

I've been getting my truck's (2001 Chevy S10) oil changed there for about 18 months and every time the mechanic will anwer any type questions I have about my trucks performance and check out any component I'm concerned about. This week I left the shop after another oil change and my rear tail light bulb was out. I took it back and told them that it wasn't out before I brought it in. They looked at my vehicle right away even though I could tell they were busy. They found the problem, (rear tail light buld burnt out) and replaced it free of charge and had my truck back to me within 20 minutes.
