Apparently, some INSANE neighbor thought the appropriate response to his car being broken into early in the morning, was to unload his firearm at the would be burglar. I supposed he missed because I didn't hear screams of pain. But waking up at 4 in the morning to gunshots LITERALLY right outside your bedroom window, and rolling out of bed as fast as you can to hit the floor for safety, is not my idea of a safe place to live. NOT a good place for kids to live. My cats keep getting mauled by something, or someONE. Manager doesn't seem to be able to screen out the crazies. Moving soon. more

I actually loved living here. I moved into my girlfrinds house! Now I would love to go back but I have accumulated a cat and a dog. I loved being there, I felt safe. The place is well lit at night and I felt it was quiet. I slept with the windows open and never did i have a problem. the laundry area is very clean and always worked! the management is very understanding and conciderate. Pros: Management and neighbors are very friendly! Cons: not enough parking for guests, and cant have pets more

The manager of this complex does not care to enforce any rules of the renters lease. the person who is in charge of maintance is very slow and unskilled most of the tenants here are noisy and rude iif you move in i hope you don't need sleep and i hope you love stary cats because the cat lady feeds them and they use the dirt under the bedroom windows as their litter boxes. Pros: close to hospital if you get shot by one of the person who fight over colors and street corners you know what i mean Cons: loud and rude neighbors and a manager who doesn't care for any thing but money more
