Sierra Air Services just did a change out of our air conditioning units and so far, he came when he said he would. Their office people were great to deal with as far as scheduling and followup. Just hoping it all works like he says it will! more

The first time I used Sierra Air Services was in September. I had damage in my kitchen wall and my son in law decided that it was probably the A/C behind the pipes. I saw an advertisement for Sierra Air in the church bulletin so I called them, they came out, assessed the damage, and fixed that. The second time, there was a strong soil smell coming from my bathroom sink and I almost called a plumber but I remember that's where the guy from Sierra Air Services had to go in to fix the drainage the first time so I called them, they assess the damage and found a dirty coil, and fixed it. I was perfectly satisfied. They were very pleasant to work with. Patricia, the secretary, checks up on me to see if everything had gone okay. They were very considerate and I think I would definitely recommend them because they have been there when I needed them. more

I have used Sierra Air Service multiple times over the past years. I purchased a house five years ago and it needed attention. I needed a warranty AC service and I first called another company that refused to do the job. I then called Sierra Air Service and they were very accommodating and helpful. I also needed to replace the deck work in the entire house and hired them to do the job as well. They did a very professional job and they were extremely thorough with their work. They had a very personalized service and Ray himself came in to finish the work. He even did a follow-up phone call to ensure that I was completely satisfied. more

Sierra Air has always come at short notice when we have had emergencies. Last Summer, our air conditioning went out when it was over 100 degrees out, and I have two kids who can't be in the house when it's too hot. Ray came out himself to fix the AC. He's fair on pricing and upfront about the unit. He tells us what needs to be done, what doesn't need to be done, and how the unit works. He's always very friendly and answers our questions. more
