I have lived at Sienna for 3 years and it has been a pleasant stay. The staff is attentive (as long as you ask 2-3 times). They will work with you as long as you are persistent. The smallest and cheapest one bedroom apartment is perfect for my husband and I. We love the pool area, it feels like an oasis. The workout room is OK, as long as the only thing you want to do is walk on a treadmill or lift free weights. For the price, the apartments are nice and worth it. They are unlike the "old" apartments/condos that are nearby.
