HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered flowers for a family that lost a loved one. Everyone knows that time is of the essence in a situation like this so I made sure to purchase the flowers before noon since they boast same day delivery if ordered before noon. I received a call back from Adella with Side Door Florist while I was gone to lunch so she left a message on my voice mail stating they didn't have then two of the three flowers involved in the arrangement and didn't have the vase I ordered... which at this point I am thinking they probably should not advertise they make this arrangement if they don't have 90% of what it takes to make the arrangement. She then left me a number to call back so we could discuss the issue. I called this number for 45 minutes and it rang and rang until an automated voice came on and asked me to ""enter my remote access code."" I then checked my emails and saw that I had been sent an email from a ""Joan"" and the email stated we have a lot of colors of roses except pink and we do not have queens lace but we can make you something very near the arrgmt you ordered. our square vases are not tall enough foor this arrgmt but, we do have some vases that are not the ordinary. please let us know what you wish to do. 903 527 3795. thank you"". Well, if you don't have that much of what I ordered, it doesn't sound like you make anywhere near the arrangement I ordered.
