My husband and I love Shuffs. We have been going since it was the Highway Bakery And Coffee. Shop; which leads to my favorite menu item....the Cheese Steak. Its always good and my favorite part is how its served on a freshly baked Sheboygan Hard Roll. \r
We asked our waitress ArLean, who is Outstanding, for some details on the Shuffs Hard Rolls. We were happy to be informed the Hard Rolls are in fact, baked fresh daily, on site, right at Shuffs. We also found out, you can even watch the rolls being baked in the Glass Door Oven!\r

The Service is always great. (I sometimes wish the servers would tell me more about the NUMEROUS desserts they have to offer.)\r
