This place is extremely noisy, but you might get lucky if you can grab a table on the terrace. music's very loud, but it's Miami. you have to scream to be heard by your friends.\r a BIG no-no for the food: it's as greasy and gross as you can get, proper american bar junk food. I tried different plates at different occasions and they are all disgusting.\r I've been there a few times, but won't go back there: I don't like to leave a generous tip (automatically added on your check) and then find out on my statement that the waitress took more. more

This is the type of place you go to for the view and atmosphere. Can't ever say anything bad about the fresh fish, but all other dishes are over priced and don't taste so great. Prices are that you expect for "Miami beach ". Basically paying for a view more

Good wings cheap beer. Whenever I went out for the night this would be a normal starter bar to eat and fill up at. This is a classic local joint. you can even pull up on your boat. more

Good bar you can pull your boat up too. This is one of those places where the locals go. It's off the beaten path a bit, but is so worth the stop. Food is great and drinks are cheap. more

nice view on the water. I had a happy hr draft beer for 2.50 but the mug was quite small. dont think it would hold 8oz. also had the wing spcl. pretty good. overall not bad if you want bar food at a good price and water view more

Great waterfront outdoor deck casual seafood. Good food at reasonable prices. Did I mention the view? Perfect. Come by car or by boat. Plenty of parking for both. A little dirty, but the view. more

Terrible management 8/13/2010

Shuckers has a very friendly wait staff and a nice environment to sit and drink a beer, but I cannot in good faith recommend that you eat there. There are enormous cockroaches crawling all over the deck and the walls, the burgers and steaks are ALWAYS overcooked, the drinks are extremely overpriced, and the managers don't know a thing about customer service. In addition to trying to blame the customer for mistakes that are clearly the restaurant's fault, I have seen them berate servers in front of guests. more

Ate dinner here Jan 2010 after finding it on urbanspoon. We started with appetizers of dolphin fingers which are breaded and fried mahi mahi, and new england clam chowder. We ordered the dinner sized blackened grouper which came with veggies and black beans and rice,..and a Philly steak and cheese sandwich which came with waffer fries and a pickle. For dessert we shared a piece of Oreo cheesecake. Lots of food and everything was delicious! Our waiter Chris was great-fabulous service with no end to the quick drink refills. The outdoor tables were where we sat to eat right along the water- amazing view of the beautiful sunset. Definately recomend for those looking for good food and reasonable prices-don't let the entrance fool you. We will definately be returning our next trip to the Miami area more

we had issues trying to get a table, after 30 minutes we asked for the manager, and he came to us , he was VERY rude. he must be fired, I get a course first how to be a manager.\r \r Pros: The place, the food, Cons: manager, the doesn't know about custumer service more

A perfect examples of Racism. If you are not white in color its manager doesn't think this place is meant for you. Probably he thinks he is above the law of America or he is not aware the America has mix culture of people from different origin and thats what America is known for. I think he has never heard of names like Abraham Lincoln. Prepare yourself to the hippocrate world of color differences before going there more

Great place to have dinner 10/3/2009

Hi first i want to say hello from Denmark to all the staff and the girls in the bar, friendley service. My Girlfriend and me stayed in the hotel above Shuckers around easter 2009. Almost every night we went too dinner there. Exept one night we went to Hooters ;-). The food is better at Shuckers. i can say that because i almost eat my way to the menu. My girlfrend and me enjoyed ewery night sitting by the water eating and drinking a beer. When used to describe Shuckers, my title is probably a cliche---but it's true. We live in S. Florida and this is a spot we like to include when taking visiting friends and relatives out, or giving suggestions on where to go. Understandably, they almost always want to do South Beach, and while that destination has its charm, people always agree that Shuckers is a nice change from the pretension of Beautifulpeopleville. The food and service are good, atmosphere is relaxing, prices cannot be beat. more
