Let me tell you something about customer service. I have been servicing customers for over 25 years. Its always about how can you make a customer feel good and smile while they give you payment for the service or product provided. Christine at shubee made me smile and she set the tone for the whole conversation while I was on the phone with her. How can I make you smile she said in that southern draw. That made my okay day to awesome as she was nice, polite, willing to help in anyway ...period...I can go on and on but hats off ....you guys got my business. She will be calling me after thanksgiving as I requested to take an order. Awesome customer service Christine. more

I was very happy with my experience with ShuBee. Especially Betty. She was very good with following through on getting me my refund and a copy of the invoice from accouting. I didn't give 5 stars because accounting never sent the invoice to me and then when I received Betty's email stating that I should have it, I emailed her back and I received it shortly. Thanks Betty for excellent customer service! I really appreciated it! more
