My experience here at this office was very warm and friendly . The staff was very courteous and receptive. Dr Dies was very knowledgeable and kind. He used language that was understandable. The experience was personable and I can't see going anywhere else !!! more

I just love these guys , Dr. Underhill and Jasmine and Nika the high gents are some nice from the time they call you to the back until you leave . That make me feel good about my smile . My husband was talking about how nice everybody in the office is and how they work with you. I Thank God for them . My smile is back more

No one enjoys going to the dentist, but this one was the most fun I've every been to. No long wait, kid friendly, and Dr. beach's assistant Amanda kept me at ease the entire time. Great personnel and atmosphere!! more

I was recommended by a friend to go to Shreveport Family Dental Care. My friend told me how great this place was.. But great was not the word for this place.This place was fantastic!!!!. I saw Dr. Underhill. I explained to Dr underhill that Im a district manger at wetseal and i was going to be leaving Louisiana the next day. I explained to Dr. Underhill that i broke the front tooth off my partial. Dr. Underhill was so concerned about my partial she called her lab and asked if she could rush my partial back to me before i left the next day. I left my partial with her that day and before headed to the airport she had my partial there and waiting for me. It was a better fit than it was before.. i loved this place. I loved shreveport family dental care!!!! I saw Dr. Underhill there I was in so much pain from a bad fall at home. I walked in and the staff was very conerned for me and my tooth. Dr. Underhill rushed me in and stayed late just to fix my tooth. Her assistant Jasmine was very nice and conforting this was the best dentist office I've ever been to.. We had been planning a trip for months and the day before we were scheduled to leave, my mouth started swelling.\r \r My regular dentist was not available, (he does not work on Fridays) so I called Shreveport-Bossier Family Dental Care and they scheduled me the same day.
