Birthday party ... Bad experience 11/10/2013

I had a bad experience . Had a birthday party for my seven year old daughter this past Saturday . The two girls that were assigned to assist with my party were very rude and yelled at the kids. They policing the children rather then showing them a good time. The arcade was a joke as well. Half of the games were out of order . I would not recommend this place to have your child's party! more

YOU GOTTA GO ITS GREAT AT SHOWPLACE 9/3/2007

Showplace is modern, clean and the afternoon staff is great. I went bowling, played video games and ate at the pizzeria on Aug 29 '07. The food was great and the bowling alley was neatly kept. Scores are kept electronically and bumpers can be used for one or all players, they go up and down for the requested players. Costs are what I expect for a place like Showplace, you want cheap go to the other alleys where its old and smells. They have so many deals on different days, one to fit all bugdets......I am a new customer of Showplace !! more

You get what you pay for. 8/25/2005

I have not bowled in a while due to the negative times I have had in the past while bowling, it always seemed to be broken equipment, gum covered carpets, duct tape holding everything together and so on. I understand the center is new and everything is in tip top shape and someone is always cleaning. All this costs money and someone has to pay, naturally me the customer. I would have been upset if I did not get what I paid for but my money was well spent. Sure i could have went somewhere else and saved a couple of dollars. But why be unhappy I work to hard not to enjoy my free time. Well recomended more

New and Clean 8/17/2005

Showplace bowling is one of the cleanest and newest bowling places. Even though it costs a lot, you will have a great time. Theres bumper lanes and without bumpers lanes. Its one of the best bowling places in Staten Island. Im sure you will have a good time at Showplace bowling located in staten island new york. more

Showplace Bowling 7/27/2005

Showplace is a small bowling alley. It is clean and relatively new (even though it has that raunchy bowling alley smell to it). The prices, however, are fairly insane. For two people to bowl two games each, with shoe rental, came to nearly $30. On the plus side, parking is not usually a problem, and on normal days (where no bowling birthday parties are taking place), there is minimal wait time for a lane. Also, they feature a billiard room. more
