i recently went back into Shorty's after avoiding the place for a while. The new owners have done an incredible job of turning the place around. You can get a drink with a smile and they had an great band playing. Give it a shot and I think you will like it. more

Best Country Bar in Boise 2/20/2010

This bar brings in some incredible music. The Nashville Unplugged tour is fantastic. Keith Anderson was there this month and I had so much fun. And it was only $8.00 cover. I guess the place used to have a rough reputation but things have really changed. It has a good, mixed age crowd, a great dance floor and great music Pros: Great music acts, good crowd and dancing more
