I was recently in a accident, took my car to the shop that AAA gave me -a list of places- is soon as a called they gave me super customer service and was suprised a how helpful they were my repair was done in the given time frame and the people were nice and my car came back perfect- I was shocked by the last reviews --this was a great job by very professional people - so what ever it's worth-I would recommend them highly. I took my car to Shore Auto body on July 17, 2008, I had front- end damage, the owner informed me that it would take him about two weeks to complete all necessary work, my car sit there for the first two weeks waiting on part. Once the part finally came in, it took another three weeks to complete the work. I never receive ANY status report from the company, I call every week asking about my car NEVER receive a straight answer about the time frame, On August 22, I got a call saying my car was complete, my back seat had trash all over, and greasy hand prints on the seat and floor. they had my truck in there for over a month and could not even place it back together correctly, the hinges on the hood are rusted now the tailgate hinges where not painted, the fender flares where not put on correctly, and left with huge gaps. the same for the side door moldings one side is 3 inches higher than the other with a massive half in gap at the top. the LT truck badge was not put on the passenger side. the driver headlight is smushed in along with the grill. nothing matches up anymore. i do not recommend anyone to go there unless you want a half done hack job done on your vechile. i will never go there again or refer anybody to them. when i got inside the truck there was a greasy hang print on the head liner. the spray in bed liner was also messed up and not done completely, with glue hanging over on the sides that was not properly cleaned up, there was over spray all over the windshield that had to be scrapped off. absolutely horrible work Pros: nothing good at all Cons: they do horrible work more
