Best shop in Shoreline! 7/15/2010

This was my first time taking my vehicle to this facility. I came out of an appointment I had, and my car would not start. I called them described the issue and was told I could drop it off immediately, and it's not often you'll hear that! I dropped it off at 5:30, and got a call with a quote by 9 the next morning. I gave the go ahead and was told it would be ready Mon. morning, and received a call later that afternoon telling me it was done!! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else now!!! Peace of mind auto repair 7/4/2010

If you want to go to a place where peace of mind has a price then this is it. and that price is more then fair! i came to this shop thru word of mouth, and have had nothing but great things to say about them, i ve been a loyal customer for a year now and never once have i ever been disappointed. The family friend that referred me has had their entire family's vehicles worked on by this wonderful shop for over 20 years! I wish more establishments were as trust worthy and high quality as this. more

Shoreline Family Auto Care is great 8/14/2009

This is a good place... I only lived nearby for a short while but they never steered me wrong (ha! Get it? Steered?). They might be a little more expensive than others. more

Been a satisfied customer for years 6/10/2009

I first stopped in at Shoreline Family Auto for some desperately needed advice about a strange engine sound. Maher quickly assessed the situation for free and I decided to try them the next time I needed service for my 1989 Landcruiser. My brother owns a AAA-rated auto repair business in California and he told me how difficult it is to get and KEEP the AAA rating. I used that as my initial reason to patronize the shop but have kept coming back because I trust them to do excellent work at a fair price and have the job done when stated. I was even given a $40 refund when a nut on one of the wheels was not secured correctly and I couldn't "lock" the hubs. Now that's service! more

Excellent Care and Follow Up 2/19/2009

We have tried three different Auto Service Places in the Shoreline area. These guys have been honest, reasonable and realistic with the options they present. We found via a word of mouth recommendation and have to just keep passing on the good word. more

Good place 2/19/2005

Its easy to come up with a catchy slogan and just as easily ignore every one of its tenets. Not so at Shoreline Family Auto Care & Sales. Customers Make Payday Possible is what you see on their cards, and the sentiment is reflected in their service. Ive found them to be honest and quick. more
