Receptionist makes me uncomfortable 6/10/2019

I never had any issues before at this office. I'm not sure if they have a new receptionist but she's not as nice as most others at this place. I went in and had a question about insurance and she didn't want me asking and told me to sit down and wait. Also when calling she's condescending and uncooperative. I hope something changes because I like the place. But being treated like this ruins my day. more

Find Someone Else 6/18/2016

Do not use this Dentist!!! I have gone in on more then one occasion with cracked teeth. I've been told that the cracks are fine or that they can't be fixed until my teeth are cleaned. The final straw, they refuse to treat the broken tooth/missing filling that leads up in to my tooth, a tooth that has been root canaled any can easily get infected. He said that my gums were too bad to fix the tooth. I've had bad gums for 11 years, laser surgery bad, and have never ever been denied a filling. If you want your mouth to look good and you don't want to risk an infection find a more caring dentist! more

My dentist wanted one of my molars extracted... so I shopped for a new dentist. My sister recommended Shore Dental, and I've never been happier with the quality of care. Not only did the dentist do a root canal in the office with great success, he made my crown while I waited... utilizing state of the art equipment. The office staff is very friendly, and this comfortable office treats patients with dignity and compassion. My entire family now visits Shore Jeffrey dental for cleanings, fillings, root canals, and crowns. The dentists and hygienists are extremely competent and professional. We wouldn't go anywhere else. more
