Shore Toyota Auto Body Review:\r \r Please do not go to Auto body shop they are robbers. I've Toyota Highlander 2013 model. Frank Sederaio he is Auto Body sales man initially he quoted me $1443.23 and when I showed my insurance claim he change the price. \r \r When I asked him when my car get done he said 3 to 5 business days when I called after five days no I did not said 3 to 5 business days it will take 5 to 7 business days not only that after seven days when I called he said car is not done yet Body shop ordered wrong parts so it will another two days. \r \r He told me that was have three carrier vehicle to transport Turnersville for Auto body works, but they drove my car to Turnersville when I get back my car from Auto Body shop mileage was high and gas was used car was not washed. When I gave my car I had given instruction that when I receive my car interior should be spot less, but when I received my car had black spot.\r \r I was mugged and robbed but I advise to all of you please don't give your valuable vehicle to Shore Toyota Auto Body shop. \r more

I had a great experience. The service department installed everything that I wanted in the vehicle I had just purchased from Shore Toyota. My tires were out of balance and they fixed that too. I was also satisifed with the price I received everything for.\r more

I received a 10000 mile complimentary oil change as part of the maintenance package for purchasing a new Toyota. The oil change was on a 2012 Toyota Tacoma and was done to satisfaction. more

\r Everything went smoothly. Shuttle took us to and from the mall. The car was finished in a timely fashion. Complimentary car wash was a nice touch. Will be back in another 5000 miles. Thanks. more

Excellence experience. Assistant Service Manager, Bob Fredericks, called us to let us know what had to be done to my car before doing the additional work. He called back to tell us when my car service was completed. Very nice not having to wait by the phone all day to get information that my car was ready for me to pick it up. more

I came in for an oil change but also mentioned that I was hearing a grinding noise when I stopped the car. It turned out that the car needed a lot of work but I could not afford to fix everything that day. Lori was more than helpful in assisting me on how to take care of what needed to be done. more

We had a problem with a screw in our tire, and we also needed to get an oil change for another one of our tires. We were able to use a coupon we had from the last service. Lori always finds a way to get us in when we need to and makes sure that the service was done properly. I think we might start bringing all of our cars there for service. more

my appointment originaly was for 09-27-12 for oil change\r but at 09-26-12 morning i find low tire at front.Took me \r one call to Bob Handerson and I got in and everything was\r done !!!!!\r I have say again THANK YOU to BOB for help and exellent\r costumers service!!!Congratulation for have profesional\r employee like Bob !!! more

I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE MANAGMENT OF THIS DEALERSHIP WOULD TAKE A DEPOSIT AND THEN GO WRITE A CONTRACT THAT THEY DID NOT EVEN DISCUSS WITH ME. THEN FORCED ME INTO A BAD 24% DEAL WITH OUT EXPLAINING HOW IT IS ALL INTEREST .477- PAYMENT AND 423 WENT TO INTEREST. I HAVE FOR MONTHS TRYED TO GET THEM TO FIX IT BUT THEY IGNORE MY LETTERS AND E-MAILS. THEY WOULD BE IN JAIL IF THIS WAS A SECURITY TRANSACTION. THESE CAR DEALERS NEED TO BE REGULATED. WELL SO FAR IM OUT OVER 3000 IN 5 MONTHS ,BUT IVE GOT OPTIONS IN COURT. more
