Less than a year ago, I purchased an LG Up-convert DVD player from the Shoppe. It broke less than year later and is still under warranty. I recently serviced it through the them. It took them SEVEN weeks to return it. They had sent it out to their repair service, location unknown. I called twice every week for an update on the repairs, each time I called, he either wasn't available, or not there to take my calls. I left numerous messages for him to call me back, and I never got one from him. When it finally came back, it didn't work, I gave it back to them to service it. They told me it will take THREE more weeks to fix. Its still there.
