A really cool store 8/20/2005

I was shopping in down town Melbourne one day and came across this store. This store was pretty interesting and had a nice selection of music. I was not expecting to purchase anything but I could not resist when I found a record that I knew my friend was looking for so I picked it up for him as a gift. It was reasonablly priced and was worth it when my friends eyes lit up when he saw what I got him. I suggest that you check this place out if you are ever in down town Melbourne shopping. more

The Shop is a real alternative/punk store 8/19/2005

The Shop is located in downtown melbourne, they have everything from music to posters, tshirts, jewelry, and hair dye, they also have a huge selection of vunyl decals. Everything in the shop is moderately priced, and theres always a good selection. They also have a vinyl record selection that contains RARE vinyl sometimes, they also have lots of flyers for upcoming concerts in the area, so it is a definite resource for the local music lover. The staff is very helpful and always nice to talk to. I give The Shop an A. more

Very interesting place 8/7/2005

The shop is right downtown and though small has some very unusual items to offer. It's mostly visited by the young crowd but has lots for me to choose from as well. As I have teens and young adults to buy for it's a place I know I can find something they like. From body jewelry to incense, to clothing. Lots of music here and fun things for the house. They also bought a pair of Doc Martens my daughter was given for a gift that did not fit. They gave us a fair price for them. more
