Poor Customer Service 8/14/2017

First let me say, the product itself is beautiful so the manufacturers they are working with produce great product. However, my issue is with the customer service. We ordered carpet and laminate for a room and the incorrect transition product was ordered...their mistake, not ours. When replacement product was ordered, we did not have to pay for it. What we were charged was a $30 shipping fee for the replacement pieces that were ordered because of THEIR MISTAKE. On a $2,500 order, I would think they should have absorbed the $30 shipping fee caused by their mistake. We have purchased a house and are about to undergo a full renovation. I can tell you where we will not be spending our money. Not impressed! more

They have every type of flooring you could imagine. They will give you a free estimate when look ing over your the floor/s you would like to have done. They have ceramic, hardwoood, vinyl, carpeting, area rugs, laminated, and any other thing that has to do with flooring. They do a lovely job at laying hardwood floors. Most of all they are dependable and courteous. more
