Long Time Customer 4/10/2009

I have been going to Shohreh since 1999. Shohreh has always done a wonderful job on my skin. As for the comments on skin care products, what provider of services doesn't push their products? The Greenbriar does it. Why would a small business owner be any different. I do request Shohreh for my services as I know the quality will be top notch. more

Sort of lousy work and customer service 3/22/2007

I came to Shohreh for a body wax. Unfortunately, the woman doing the wax missed a significant number of hairs and simply "broke off" quite a few others, meaning I already had stubble the next day. Sort of defeats the purpose of waxing. My call asking for some sort of small refund was rebuffed, with the owner telling me that I would just have to come back for waxing more frequently. more

So-So Service 12/21/2005

I wanted to get a facial, and since I had been shopping at the time in DC, I saw the Shohreh Clinic Inc, and decided to hop on by and try it. My facial did not last the full hour, but it was still close to it. However, at the end of my facial, the staff tried to get me to buy a lot of products, preying on my fears that I would look ugly without their products. I didn't cave, and refused to buy their products. The staff was very rude and pushy. more

rushed, cold and pushy 9/20/2005

I am all about supporting a minority female business owner but I was extremely disappointed with my facial at Shohreh's Clinic. My facial was rushed - it should have been 60 minutes but I was there for 45 minutes before I was rushed out of the room because another client was early. The facial massage lasted two minutes and the service provider left the room for half the time. And then I was told everything wrong about my skin and a laundry list of her products that I had to buy. I almost didn't tip - I was so angry at the service. more
