We purchased a $6K sectional sofa in June 2011. A few weeks later the sofa started to show a light pink coloration on the blue cushions. The pink quickly turned to red. We had the manager take the cushion. He said he has never seen anything like this but the manufacturer was at fault. In Dec 2011, the manager called and said they couldn't do anything and we would have to pay $$$ to get the cushions replaced. We did NOTHING to the sofa. Oh, and the sofa didn't hold up well. With minor use the sofa looks 10 years old (people have told us this) but is really 6 months old. Also, they charged us $$ to get a ""protective sealer"" on the sofa. The manager who came to the house said they really don't spray anything on the sofa so the manufacturer can't blame them. Um, then why charge us?! And the manufacturer still did nothing. They must work at Shofers. AWFUL experience!
