I have always been treated very well by everyone in this office. They are able to set appointments for me quickly and get me treated in the appointment time. I am happy with the work they have done and the price. Pros: Fast appointment times Cons: not the most convient location more

Obviously the person associated with the prior email, has more money than since. If you would understand that insurance is for reimbursement only you should have paid your bill on time and in full. It amazes me that people like you with your hundreds of thousands of dollars have such poor money management, and believe that everyone is wrong but you. Get a life!!! There is a dentist on every corner, do not attempt to do business with this office. Customer service is non existant even though I have spent 25K with them on my kids teeth, I am treated very little respect. I received calls in the tone pay this amount or do not come for your appointment. The reason that the account is not paid, always is the fact that they cannot ange their records to reflect insurance changes and continue to bill the old insurance even after they have been asked to swith it numerous times. However the one thing that has caused me to choose to go else where with my 2000K a year on average is the fact that I wa charged $30.00 for calling with in a 24 hours of the appointment to cancel. Things in life do not take in to consideration a dentist appointment. I thought that it was ironic that the office called because his hygenious was sick on the same day of an appointment, but I didnt get a $30.00 Credit. Trust me RUN FAST to another dentist, try a local hometown dentist not a dental assembly line. more
