I just left this place very upset. I have been a customer for 10+ years and have dropped off mail periodically. I had pre-paid envelopes that I was dropping off today. I put them on the counter and ""new"" faces smiled at me and asked what I wanted to do. I told them I needed to drop off for USPS mail. They got the ""owner"". She came out and said they don't mail unless I buy stamps there. I was dumbfounded. I told her I have been a customer 10+ years and asked of she was the new owner. She said yes. I was expecting her to say something along the lines, ""since you've been with us we'll go ahead."" NO, she literally gave them back to me. I told her ""You have lost my future business"". She said, ""I'm sorry."" WOW
