Gerald and Lisa were awesome - The reason of the freak show was horrible! The owner Larry is a very unprofessional person, the sales person tries to scam you into additional services and when you decline those services, they continue to send people to do the discontinued service - THEN CHARGE YOU FOR IT. Not only that, I did not allow the service truck to spray the exterior because of my dogs, now the owner is sending his henchmen to collect a $50 fee and won't honor the agreement until he is paid for the service (which remember, WAS NOT DONE). Today he calls and leaves me a nasty voicemail.. good like finding a service that can take care of your ants.. in a snide voice. Larry and Co - (EXCEPT Lisa) are low down theives! I have been using Ship Shape Pest Control for about three months now. I liked them so much, I'm now on their annual plan. I've already recommended them to three other people! This is a great company, really nice and hard-working technicians. They provide excellent service and have the best deals in town, I already checked! I can't say enough good things about them! more

his is the worst company I've ever hired. Very unprofessional, they don't show up on time EVER...or they just don't show up at all. They may cost a little less, but their service reflects their price. Do yourself a favor, contact a reputable company for your pest control. Don't waste any of your weekends (like I did) waiting for these guys to show up, only to find that the administration office didn't have the record of the service call. I had to copy and paste this!! This is exactly what happened to me. BBB needs to intervene. more

Excellent service. Can't say enough about them. I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to share this experience. We've had some restaurant construction near our home and it's been causing a lot of rats to come out. I tried a well known pest control service but didn't like their condensing tone. After going through a few companies online I finally came across Ship Shape through their wholesale rodent site. They were very knowledgeable, very helpful, had great pricing and best of all I don't see any rats in my garbage or yard any more. more

I have 2 dogs and 3 cats, all outdoors so I signed up for a monthly lawn service to treat a flea infestation. They treated my lawn then they came back 3 weeks later to treat it again. In no time the pests were gone and all my pets were happy once again. They gladly re-treat if necessary once you call them. more

We had a problem with roaches in a house we just bought, and Ship Shape Pest Control came in and did everything really well. It was really cheap, and they actually told us ways to prevent the roaches from coming back. They were pretty easy to deal with, and they were definitely cheap. We had called a couple of places before and got quotes that went through the roof in comparison. The price was really good with Ship Shape, and I definitely would recommend them. more

Our experience with Ship Shape Pest Control has not been good. Over a year ago, we hired them to come in and fertilize our lawns, spray for lawn bugs and weeds. They came out to do the work. We thought their pricing was fair. It wasn't too expensive, and it wasn't too cheap for what we hired them to do. We paid over $20,000 for this work. After they were done, our lawns started dying and the weeds have all survived and spread. Completely opposite of what we wanted! We kept calling them and they told us to give it a year, and we'd see that things would get better. It's been over a year, and the lawns are completely dead. Our homeowners and board members are filing complaints because some of them had used their own funds for planting. Just last week, Ship Shape came to us and tried to renew the contract we had with them. We explained to them that we were completely unhappy and unsatisfied with the work they did and the results of the dead lawns and growth of healthy weeds. Paula W., The Lakes HOA more

I had a roach problem in a house I just bought in Dania so I called Orkin to come out for an inspection and quote. I got the feeling that the Orkin rep who came to do the inspection was more of a salesman than an actual exterminator so I started searching locally and found Ship Shape Pest Control. When they arrived they were courteous and very professional. They took the time to explain to me exactly what they were doing and didn't try to use a lot of jargon or sales pitches. They also pointed out tips to help me keep the roaches from coming back. The inspection was done by an exterminator, not a salesman and they gave a really good price. Best of all I haven't seen a roach in two months. I highly recommend their service and would call them again if I see any type of bugs in my home. They seem really knowledgeable and have great prices. The only issue I have is the exterminator would talk my ear off. more
