The dance classes were fine, but my daughter didn't feel she fit in, so I changed her to a new Studio. When I called to let Shine know that they accidentally charged my credit card (without permission) I was told that my money would not be refunded, and the office manager, Melanie, hung up on me. True, I was a bit heated, but I was not cussing or being inappropriate, Melanie just didn't want to deal with me. I called back, and explained to Melanie that I was not going to just go away. She finally said, ""You can stop now, I will refund your money."" I said ,""Thanks you."" Melanie simply hung up on me again. I work for a public agency, where we do not need to recruit business, and I would NEVER treat anyone the way I was treated. The sad thing is, I was actually impressed with Shine, and I recommended them highly to a few friends. I hope that Melanie does not represent the true costumer service values that Shine Dance Studio strives toward.
