Shimizu Voice Studio

I am a 8 year old girl who takes singing lessons from Uncle Craig. He is so amazing! I love singing and I look forward to my lessons that I take twice a week. Uncle Craig is an excellent teacher because he teaches me the fundamental skills for singing like breathing, using my diaphragm and the Mosk method which has helped me improve my singing. He is very creative and comes up with great ideas for our recitals. He believes in his students. He is a fun teacher and that is important. He always encourages me and I like that about him. He also supports me in my other musical performances as well. I absolutely love taking voice lessons here, because of everything I learn and all the fun times at both the lessons and the recitals (more on this later). Craig Shimizu is an amazing voice and stage teacher; I have learned so much about singing and everything that comes with it, such as stage presence, acting, and relaxation on stage and under pressure. We even get to practice all that we've learned in the recitals he holds twice a year (one in the spring, one in the winter). Bottom line is, if you want to sing well and sing correctly, the Shimizu Voice Studio would be the first name to come into my mind. more
