Boarded my 16 lb dog, their kennels have a gap where the raised flooring stops before the door closes. She stepped off into this 5" gap with her back legs and was wedged half under and half above the raised flooring. She was found paralized and unresponsive in the morning. She had to be put down the next day. They felt no responsibility, no apology, just said she was old and these things happen. They SHOULD NOT be kenneling older, weaker dogs in these kennels, or ANY dogs under 30 lbs with thin legs and they should be retrofitted if they continue to do so. I WILL NEVER use their services for any purpose again.
Pros: None
Cons: Negligent
