This must be the worst Customer Service EVER! They do not communicate with the Customer. You call for information they say they’ll call back - they don’t. My stove part sat in Memphis for over a week. How did I find out? I had to call to find out! Nobody contacted me once the part came in to schedule a time to come fix the stove. I again had to call them. The owner is a freaking nut bag. Screams to the top of his lungs when I tell them they are horrible in communicating. The Customer NEVER gets to finish a sentence they ALL interrupt continuously. I can see why 67% of the ratings are a 1. Horrible more

i called this company to have my fridge repaired. This was done two weeks prior to Thanksgiving. I was told they had to order part. Two weeks later I had to call them again to see what the status of them coming out to repair fridge. I was then given another excuse that worker was out on personal business. A week later, they finally came out and supposedly replaced part. They charged my card over400.00. Fridge still did not work. I called them once again and was told that I needed to unplug fridge and let it sit and to put my food in a ice chest outside. Once the fridge defrosted..to plug back up. AGAIN...fridge did not work. I called them back and kept getting the run around of being told it would be a few days before they can come out again and finally told them how upset I was with the service. The next day they charged my card the very same amount again. I called and they told me it was an ACCIDENT!!!!! I finally spoke Ronnie and told him how unhappy I was and he claimed to have given me a full refund and to go else where to have my fridge fixed!!! Very Unprofessional!!!!. A week later still no refund given and I called and was then cursed out by Ronnie. I had to contact my bank and file a report. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. LOOK AT THE COMPLAINT ABOVE MINE AND YOU WILL SEE ITS BASICALLY THE SAME COMPLAINT! more

It only took three months to get my television from broken to repaired. Sherwood constantly called me 10 minutes before they close to setup an appointment. I've called them in the morning the follow day only to be told that I would receive a call back (which was again right before they close). So getting anything scheduled was a royal pain. Then we get to the part of fixing a television. Yes, from start to finish it took this company three months to diagnose and repair my television. I don't know how they are doing things at this store; when I do a repair on a computer, I go through a process to verify that it is in working condition before I ever give it back to a customer. Then to sweeten the whole ordeal on my, thankfully, final call with this company, while being on hold for eight minutes, I am told that my television has been fixed but they are waiting for a good date to deliver it to me. If you do business with Sherwood then expect to be put last. Expect to do all followup calls. Expect an ear full of excuses as to why they repeatedly fail to do their job. more
