Fox Valley's Storage is a network of family owned and managed self storage facilities serving the greater Wisconsin Fox Cities and surrounding areas. Originating in 1985, Mike and Sherry Van Lanen took a chance on a new concept to the area, with intent to serve a rapidly expanding housing boom. It began with 27 units in a cornfield at our Appleton East location and has grown to over 1200 units at 10 locations with plans for three new facilities. Each site is owned and managed by Van Lanen family members. This approach provides hands-on oversight to both the operation and personalized customer service aspects of self storage.
