I would like to file a complaint against a manager by the name of Glennis. I have been dealing with major issues on my apartment for going on 5 weeks and when speaking to her on Oct 3, 2013 she informed me that if I didnt like it that I could put in my notice, pack my things and move. Mountain Village Apartments in Crossville is a safe, quiet place to live. My family has lived here for years and found this to be a wonderful place to live. Well managed and just all around nice. A+. Canterbury apartments in Covington has become ridiculous. The landlord and her are always causing problems for their tenants. They have moved most of their family members in Canterbury. That is not fair to other potential people who need a place to live. They use profanity and also exploiting about other tenants personal affairs in their apartment.The landlords have their family memebrs help them work in the apartments to earn extra money. That opens doors for other tenants personal business to be out in the open.There are alot of people staying in the apartments that are not on their lease,that is a violation.\r The police is often called over in Canterbury apartments because of drama going on because of the landlords. There is also a illegal plant be grown inside one of the apartments. The landlord is even apart of this illegal act. This type of activitivy is a disgrace. I am even thinking about reporting this to the Memphis police departmant because the localnot that concerned. more
