Sherwood Forest Conyers

This was the best birthday deal ever!!! We had our daughter's 10th birthday party at Sherwood Forest and it was fantastic. The new owners are friendly and accomodating, the service was impeccable, the food was delicious, the grounds were clean and the games were fun. Most of all the price was extremely reasonable!!! At a time when most services are over inflated, this is by far one of the best deals in town!!!! more

I am so impressed with Sherwood Forest under the new owners. We played Putt Putt, rode bumper cars, enjoyed the snack bar and played air hockey. The atmosphere is fun and upbeat with lots of stuff to do. They even have a haunted trail now during Halloween. If you haven't been back now that the new owners have taken over then you have missed a real treat! more

wow i went to have a ball sherwood forest over the weekend. i had the best time ever at a fun center everything was just wonderful.i will be taking my kids there every weekend .they have go-karts,bumper cars,putt putt,batting cages and lots of fun games to play.there batting cages are one of the best I've been to in a long time.Out of 50 ball you might get 6 double ball come out at the same time .everywhere else I've been out of 50 half are double throws.I dont know where mom of baseball boys been other than have a ball sherwood forest but maybe she should see the world and there cages. My 10 yrs old daughter had a birthday party there the other day. There was chaos in the building and no signs of a management team. You pay for a room and you get no help with the party. They do provide drinks, cups, plates, napkins and pizza, but you will have to go get everything yourself from the front counter. Oh yeah, bring your own decorations. All you will get is a bare room with tables and chairs. No one will check on you, that includes the nonexistant management. You will not get your monies worth from this place. Frazzlemom's comments ring the same tune. About half of the arcade games are not working properly and they are more outdated today. The one thing I did like was the Go Karts, they are very fast. Please Sherwood Forest build on your positives, which as of right now are few, to make this place great place to be. Care about what you have invested in. Sherwood is a great find considering we've been living in town for years and never knew it existed. Would probably get a lot more business if it were off the highway instead of stuck behind the Big Lots.\r \r Overall, it's a good place that needs more upkeep. The game room area is very nice. Surprising amount of quality games. Mini-golf was fun until you got around all the murky standing water (guess the pumps were broken) Of course, we got eaten alive my mosquitoes (BRING INSECT REPELLENT) and the smell the ponds let out was sort of gross. Didn't go to the batting cages, go carts, bumper boats, bumper cars but they seemed nice from what we saw. My thoughts are they should focus a little more on having 1-2 great things instead of 5-6 marginal things. Cool place though, worth going to if you live in town. I've given over 10 birthday parties for my children at various establishments. We've always enjoyed them. This was the worst ever. We received very little for our money in the area of food and decorations.I had to serve the Party myself when promised a hostess and without proper utensils.A refill of coke was extra .the communication was very confusing. The website was not operated for 2 days before the party so I could see exactly what we were paying for and I foolishly trusted what I was told on the phone by the manager. It was not clear what was included. .I would not recommend anyone have a birthday party here. Pros: Putt putt couse was fairly nice. Kids enjoyed pool tables. Cons: bumper cars, Poor quality birthday party. Cost high. more

I visited Sherwood recently, its a great place for people who are fond of miniature golf.I have been fond of fantasy golf for years,yet to find a place like Sherwood Forest. Its location is so urban, right on uS138 but you feel right inside being a natural forest. It has vey well manicured lawns and trees, surrounding the golf course,actually its a hub of entertainment for the Conyers area.\r \r It has batting cages,bumper boats,go karts,video aracade.Newly discovered bumper cars are also great fun.\r \r The new management is doing a great job. Keep it up sherwood.We all need it.\r \r \r Pros: Lots of options, parking, good value Cons: less food options more
