Attentive customer service 5/1/2014

This business is always thorough and Joe takes his time to explain to you what is wrong with your car, and possible causes and solutions for the problem. Even if you know nothing about cars, they will answer all your questions, and never treat you like you're an idiot. I like that anytime I have been there, he will explain what is mandatory for safety, and what should be done in the future for maintenance. This helps if you are on a budget. more

Emergency - Joe helped us out. 4/7/2014

Had dead battery at 12:45 Saturday. Called Joe and he stayed open to do electrical check and install new battery. Great service!!!!! more

Check engine light reset. 4/5/2014

When my check engine light came on because of a loose gas cap and it did not go off after tightening the cap and several drive cycles, as it was supposed to do, Sherwood reset the computer so that the light is now operating correctly. more
