I recently went to Sherwin Williams for some paint. Since our home builder used Sherwin Williams paint, I thought it would be easy to run in and get a matching color. Well, that was not the case. The store was very crowded, most everyone was up at the front counter, standing and waiting, while ONE employee helped one person at a time. That ONE employee seemed very helpful because he was treating the person he was helping like he was the only customer in the store. He took time with this guy, carried his paint out to the car (he must have parked a hundred yards away) and continued to talk with him while every one stood waiting. Meanwhile, there were 3 VERY BUSY employees in the back doing who knows what. Any time they had to come out to the front, they did so with averted eyes, so as not to see all the waiting customers. I had 3 young kids with me, and they were NOT cooperating. There was no communication, no rush, NO HELP. It was an extremely frustrating experience. I left and went directly to Home Depot, where I should have gone in the first place.
