Paint mix up 2/19/2010

This store is hit or miss with customer service. I have had both extremes but ended up with a solution to my needs. I had them mix up a gallon of paint exactly like the exterior pint of paint I took to them. After my painter used the paint on the exterior of my home did I realize that the paint they had mixed was interior paint. I took the paint back to them and explained the situation. They gave me the exterior paint but didn't compensate me any on the painters labor. more
